Labview from National Instrument (Graphical Programming)

Have you ever imagine programming only using the mouse? I thought it was impossible but, here is where Labview came to my life. Making programming so much easier.

Is simple and it just take few steps to make a simple program and interface with Arduino, Windows computer and much more.

I see it as a great programming language and really powerful and you can interact with almost everything. I have done things that in other programming language would take me at least 10 times more time to get the same thing.

But I’d like you to see this short video from National Instruments that shows what LabView is and also how to create your first program.

Here are some pictures of a little program I made with Labview a year ago and you can see how easy it is.

Block diagram so all the code goes in here and the next picture is a interface that can be useful for client or even a user if we are working with Labview for someone else.

Those pictures show a communication between two Arduino with two computers in the middle so Arduino A can light up a LED on Arduino B, the process was following:

Arduino A (Push button) > Computer A > Computer B > Arduino B (LED)

In this section I´ll be posting some exercises I have done with Labview, problems I found and so on.
